I am currently a Freshman studying Pre-Med at Trinity Western University. I am majoring in Biology with a minor in French.

Experience

I have been a peer tutor all throughout High School for Humanities, Science, and French. I love helping other students understand something they have been having difficulty with. The satisfaction of helping someone is matched by no other. I have been on the "A" Honor role all throughout High School and I was accepted into Trinity with the Dean's Scholarship. I can also speak English, French, and Farsi fluently. Also I can keep up a conversation in Spanish. Thus my specialty is tutoring for French.

Hobbies

One of my passions is languages; therefore, I am currently teaching myself Italian, German, and Portugese. I am a patient teacher that is young enough to relate to the students. Sometimes I feel that tutors may seem too old and therefore cannot understand how a teenager learns and understands. I try to find innovative and fun ways of teaching the material so that the student can learn and remember that information for future use. At the same time, I am also stern, I do not take "no" for an answer. I believe that everyone is capable if they put forth the effort. Thus I expect students to try their best so that they can reach their potential. And in the end they will succeed and carry their study habits with them for thr rest of their education.
